I can't help you on locating any painted ones, but I would make sure you really want to do this before you invest the money and time. For a show car, its cool. For a daily driver or even weekend driver, the paint won't last very long.
The leading edge will get hammered with little debris and the paint won't last 1000 miles. I think this is why GM didn't paint them, you don't see painted ones often, and why most don't do the mod. If you examine yours closely, you will see that the front surface is sandblasted with pit marks, etc.
I personally think painted ones would look great, but I don't want to mess with repainting them all the time.
