Stock endlinks on T1 swaybars?

The constant rattle is too much to take on my daily driver using T1 endlinks...need a quieter solution.

Thanks.

Re: Stock endlinks on T1 swaybars?

There are adjustable endlinks available that use Teflon in order to remain quieter. Contact LG Motorsports as they offered them at one time and may still. Guldstrand did as well.

There is no point in using the stock endlinks as they are not adjustable. Therefore you can't adjust the preload when corner weighing the car.

Secondly, the stock (metal) endlinks may not be strong enough for use with the T1 bars (although they have been used). The plastic ones certainly aren't.

Re: Stock endlinks on T1 swaybars?

If you want to get rid of the noise, get some rubber bushings, not the very hard poly bushings. that's the sound connection to the frame which transmits up ito the car. the endlinks are attached to the a-arms which have soft rubber bushings. so they don't transmit noise. the noise comes from the thump transmitted by the solid bushings try the stock rubbers to see if that doesn't cure it. and remember you always trade something in NVH(noise, vibration, harshness) when you mod a car
