You know I could be wrong, possibly the T1's are hollow but our stock Z06 is Solid; I'm pretty sure.

I have a set of each, Z06, Hotchkis, and T1 what do you need to know? The T1 bars are way too big for street tires and the grip that they can generate, they are track only IMHO. The Hotchkis are a very good intermediate choice.
Actually, I like the stock bars with a 650# VB&P front spring, and some decent shocks and some bushings.

I have heard they are solid but then on there website yes it say hollow.
I have heard amazing things about the T1 bars and they are back ordered everywhere.
Have heard nothing about hotchkis bars.
I was about to purchase T1 bars myself but am now curious to hear.
In theory hollow bars that are small er thickness can not possibly be as good as thicker solid bars unless you don't want that much roll (ie autocross might like some roll to plant tires).

ghoffman,

Do you mind hacksawing into your stock sway bars and the T-1's to find out if they are hollow/solid?

I have been trying to decide on an upgrade for my pathetic base bars. Here is the results of exhausting research....
In order of stiffness:

Front
Base FE1 23mm (.90in)
Z51 FE3 28.6mm (1.125in)
Z06 FE4 30.0mm (1.18in)
Hotchkiss 32mm (1.25in)
T1 38mm (1.5in)

Rear
Base FE1 19.1mm (.75in)
Z51 FE3 23.6mm (.93in)
Z06 FE4 23.6mm (.93in)
Hotchkiss 26mm (1.02in)
T1 27mm (1.06in)

I hope this helps...

Nubulin is correct.

T1 front bar is 38mm hollow
Hotchkis is 32mm hollow.
Z06 is 30mm hollow but thicker walled than a regular bar.
