The adjustable hemi-jointed spherical end links have a larger OD bolt than the OEM, hence the T1 bars themselves have a larger ID mounting hole.
You could possibly use an OEM end link but you would have to find or fabricate a bushing to take up the slack. This would add to suspension instability and poor performance if not done correctly. And a note of caution here.....since the T1 bars exert greater forces (and the potential to generate huge forces by vertue of their adjustability) a larger bolt is warranted and necessary
What we did was just the opposite....so we could use the Z06 bar while swapping them for the Hotchkis and T1 bars to tune the car. We drilled out the OEM Z06 bar to the correct ID so as to accept the larger diameter T1 end link bolt. But that doesn't address your concerns.
If you get end links with spherical bearings that are teflon lined then you do not have to lube....but still have to keep them clean.
