Tom, at what rwhp do most tuner/builders suggest you shore-up the bottom end?

Its kind of a shot in the dark to guess how long it will last those #s :( Good luck with the build-up though.
What was the smoothing factor on that graph?

That was the first run before LS1 edit.
This is only 8lbs of boost.

I would say no more than 550 flywheel with stock components I'm over 650 fwhp.

Still stock 10.5:1.
The LS1 at 10:1 handles 10lbs so I feel safe for now. I will be bringing the CR down to 8.5:1 when I do the bottom end and pistons, also doubling my boost.

I know George. I'm going to be careful.
This was full WOT in 4th on the dyno hitting 8 lbs.
I can rarely get it up to 5 lbs in 3rd on the street before I have to shut down.
That's the great thing about these centrifugal chargers, you have to nail it all the way to the floor before it boost.
On the dyno it went from 60 mph to 136 mph in just over 6 seconds.

What kind of cost is involved in going to forged internals? I know the LS1 is an expensive motor to build but I've never seen any dollar figures.
