Trade GHL Bullets for Something a little quieter.

I have 2 yr old set of GHL bullets on my car. They're a little too loud for my liking and am considering getting rid of them. I like the magnaflow system. I'm looking for (and don't kill me for saying this) a sound more like a mustang w/ flow masters. Something deep and rumbly. I like the GHL's, but I'm getting tired of them and don't want to be known as "that loud vette".

What system do you guys think I'd like??

Also, anyone want to trade or take the GHL bullets off my hands. They've been on the car for 2 yrs. >5kmi. Have only seen rain once or twice and have never seen road salt or winter conditions. They're in new condition. I paid $1045.

I've been through 4 systems, so far. Stock Ti, Borla Stingers, Magnaflow, and now Corsa Pace. The sound you describe would be the Magnaflows. I still have mine, and may go back to them if adding cats to my system doesn't tone down the Corsas somewhat. I just bought them because of the tip design, and didn't realize they were this loud. Love the Magnaflow's sound.

BTW, aren't the Bullets the quieter sounding ones in the GHL line?

They are; I have the Magnums, which are more aggressive.

I have stock Ti exhaust I'd consider trading if you're interested. The tips are highly polished.

All GHL exhausts are top notch quality! I loved the sound of the 2-tip Magnums I had, but I recently sold them to a forum member, because they were just sitting in my barn collecting dust after I got a great deal on a set of Corsa Ti's. You don't know what loud is until you hear the Corsa's behind LT headers on an H/C car!

The Corsa Ti has to be the best exhaust you can get, from what I hear.

Sorry about the hijack, just list the GHL's for sale here and over on CF, and I'm sure they will sell quickly. Mine sold in a few days when I listed them here! HTH, and TTT
