Good luck with your new combo. Post up with your impressions, and/or results after you're done. Looked at that cam myself, but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Just curious, but did you consider the TSP Dart stg 2 heads?

Yes I have that set up and I like it very much. Have not gotten dyno numbers yet but was racing with a stock new Z at pocono this weekend and the guy could drive. In the straights he was pulling on me ever so slightly, like a 1/4 car length at the end of a good straightaway so you can make your comparison their. Other mods I have that matter for power output are headers (stainless works), Blackwing filter with cold air box and water/meth injection. Naturally it’s tuned also. I think you will like the combination.

Make sure you are getting the R2 version of that cam O and mine is on a 112 LSA.

That new Z sure was impressive out of the box the way it is. Basically took everything I have done to my car and included it with the car. Let us know how it turns out.

2003Torch, do you have the FAST intake??

I am debating if the power that I may gain from it will be worth the $1200 price tag.

What are you using for a clutch??

What other mods do you have??

Thanks!!

Sorry have been very busy with work. No fast intake. Stock clutch but wont hold on a 1, 2, 3 gear run and will stick after. Other mods are not engine related but include brake and suspension. I don't see benefit of a fast intake at this point. Stock intake (LS6) and throttle body are more than adequate for the job.
