Just go to <www.helminc.com> That address is in your owner's manual and they print the manuals for GM. I bought all 0f mine many times in the past,and saved at least $20+ over buying from someone else. 2003 manual is 3 voulmes and 1000 pages--that's how complex all these new cars are. But the manual is indispensable. DO IT!!
