The host hotel for the 2007 Z06 Fest, October 18-20, 2007 is the Baymont Inn & Suites in Bowling Green. The hotel specifics are:

The hotel has various room types and rates. Please call the hotel directly at the number above and reference the "Z06 Fest" when you make your reservations.
They are willing ot rent out the entire hotel to us, and they did a great jojb hosting the event last year.

So, let's show them our appreciation and reserve the entire hotel this year.

Go to the events section on the NCM web site, there you can view the agenda, and register for the event. The official event starts on Thursday, but there is an HPDE at Putnam Park just outside of Indy on Wednesday and most of the hardcore revelers will arrive on Tuesdya night in BG.

OK ... got my Baymont booked.
I'll be arriving Wed nite, assuming car is still running after a day at Putnam :eek:
Clerk said the originally set aside block was sold, but that she would append my reservation to the Z06 Fest group.
NS - 2 doubles - $89.10 ... not bad.

Although I'm only about 82 miles from BG, still made a hotel reservation for the Fest.

Don't want to miss the night time partying!

I booked for the 18,19,20.
But I got a question. This is my first ZO6 Fest. I'm already registered for that. If the track day at Putnam Park is Wednesday the 17th do you drive down to B/G at the end of the day or stay Wednesday night in Plainfield?
I just reread and it says 'Caravan to B/G' so where do you spend Wednesday night the 17th? Got to book another night at the Baymont? the 17th?
BTW is there a 'host' hotel in Plainfield? I read where tech inspection is actually Tuesday afternoon, but it doesn't say where. Am I missing something?

I have not reg for anything yet.
Not sure if my car is going to be done.
Should I fly in, catch a ride with one of my FL brothers?
I usually try to get there the Sunday before but last year I got there late Friday night.
My daughter Brittany wants to fly in from ID, she wants to see what a great time her sister and I had on our short stay last year.

You got room for me Mark, Ivo, FUBU or should I book a flight????

I plan, as well as many others, to drive to BG after the HPDE on Wednesday evening, we should get to the Baymont around 9 pm or so, so I would add another night to your reservation.

Call the NCM about the tech inspection, they are running the HPDE, so they will have all your answers.

Tom, always got room for you bro, but you won't need it, I will get on Greg to get your car done.

Tech will be Tues afternoon ... prolly 2-5 core time; prolly a drivers meeting at host hotel 7-ish
You'll show up with your pre-tech form completed, your helmet release form,your harness release form if so equipped and they'll torque your nuts ... :eek:
And yes ... plan on rolling into the Baymont Wed nite ... and be ready for Mark's W.A.R.T at Oh-light-thirty Thurs ... sleep ??? we don't need no stinkin' sleep!
