Car Transport Company?

I would like to attend this years Z06 Fest but don't feel like making the drive again like I did two years ago, nor do I think my hoosiers are up for the task. Does anyone know of a company that will transport my car from NJ to KY and then bring it back a couple of days later? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you can't find a reasonable deal with this approach, you might consider just trailering your Z to and from the fest.
You still have to do some driving but at least you won't put miles on the Hoosiers.

Main reason is I just don't want to drive and also am trying to save some time by flying instead of driving. It will save me from having to take off another day from work. I would certainly drive the car before I would tow it if I am going to have to make the drive anyway.

We used Reliable Carriers one year, but we had 6 cars so it was a full load.

Re: Car Transport Company?

GM uses Reliable for their special event cars.
I've used Passport Transport (division of FEDEX), and was pleased.
Be sure you go over every inch of your car and have them put it in writing every scratch, nick, etc....before they load. That's to CYA.

Re: Car Transport Company?

You might want to try contacting Thomas C. Sunday, Inc. Tom has been in the business a long time, plus he is a Corvette guy. He is a member of the Cumberland Valley Corvette Club in PA. He transported by '69 and my Z16 from Maryland to Florida last year when I retired. Tom was not the cheapest quote I got, but I had no issues. They arrived on time for pickup and for delivery. I would use them again if I needed an enclosed transporter.

Hope this helps!

Rich
