So I called the Baymont today to see how we are doing with hotel reservations.

As of 6/25/08 we have only booked a total of 18 rooms for the Fest.

This does not add up, since I have 50 people signed up for the BBQ at the Baymont on Thursday night, and by my count that would equate to 33 rooms needed.

Let's go people, call the hotel, here is the reservation information:

C'mon guys, make the call, book a room, you know you are going to the event, let's support the hotel that has treated us so well over the last couple of years.

I know I'm one of the 18...........single king, non smoking........dang, I can't locate the confirmation number right now but I do have it.
