The Holley LS fest is officially scheduled for Sept. 6-8 2013 (Fri-Sun) in Bowling Green, Ky. So I would imagine that one day (Thursday) would be a MM run in the morning and BBQ in the evening.
Arrive on Wednesday Sept 4, 2013 and start the party!

I am trying to sync up with Holley, but my plan is that we would do MM and the Welcome BBQ on Wednesday, Sept 5, then partake in the 3days of LS Fest activities. So you would want to arrive on Tuesday the 4th.
