My wife, Pat, attends all the major Corvette shows, & NCM events with me. She enjoys the trip to BG, dininign out, and shopping in BG. Pat takes 2 or 3 books to read, craft items, and enjoys the peace and quiet at the hotel while I'm off to the Museum.
Btw, Pat loves shopping at Dilliard's in the Greenwood Mall....we don't have Dilliard's in Detroit.
I beleive that several coupoles will be attending the Fest this year, as well as several families. There are lots of activities to do around the BG area, and not all of them are Corvette related...
The princess and I are coming. Our reservations are for Friday and Saturday nights during the fest. Someone will probably get a group together for dinner and we will probably drive down for the evening for that. It is pretty cool living only an hour away!.
Plenty to do in the BG area. Beach Bend has a small amusement park and a pool. Mammoth Cave is close by as well. Nashville is about an hour away too. Bring the wife. I think she will like it.
I'm not brininging mine (wife) if I can get away with it....My "Buddy" loves cars and me and would be much more fun! I plan to bring her along...Much more expensive, but more fun!!! Gotta pay to play....Wild cars and wild women, does it get any better than this????

Okay, I have been silent too long, the testosterone level is getting elevated here on the forum in anticipation of the Z06 Fest.
This will be my 3rd Z06 Fest and I will be bringing MY Z06 and my Husband.....he really doesn't like to do needlework or shop while I drag race...in fact we usually both drive the car down the strip. This is true but I am being a bit sarcastic....
You guys need to realize the joy in getting your wife hooked on cars. The key is to talk her into a fast car and encourage her. You will be forever grateful. She will be willing and eager to participate. And in return you will be able to buy car parts to your hearts content. You will be able to drag race and drink beer.....and maybe even attend "church" with the select few of the fest.
Hehehe...get her involved...excited and you really will nopt regret it.
Every vacation we take is car related and we have been married for 11 years.....last year the Buick Gs Nats and Z06 fest and this year the Z06 fest and the F body event....we each get to pick an event/show we want to attend......
Take it from me fellas.....you willl never regret it and you can get away with buying your wife auto parts for birthdays, christmas and anniversaries............I would love some rims for Christmas.......

I'll agree with everything you said Kaya 1 My wife now has a 04 Coupe and she doesn't mind me modding mine as long as I do her car also ! I just bought her a set of borla's for hers ! she likes em loud
