Perhaps my loss is your gain?

I lost a key employee after having her for quite a few years, must have fed her too well And if this post violates any type of forum rules moderators please feel free to remove with no hard feelings.

I thought I would extend the opportunity for the Z brutha's or even sista's that I am looking for a District Manager. Starting pay is 52,000 a year, 2002 Cadillac DTS company car, I pay all your gas, insurance on the car, and your personal health insurance. Bonus and other benefits too numerous to list.

If you have a proven track record and can demonstrate the required skills I would love to talk to you.

Finding a key person in your team or in your org is always a difficult task.

You should be happy that it seems your key person is growing, that means you have done a great job as her manager!

Good luck, hopefully you will get a good replacement soon.

Sure does sound inviting.

I am a technical manager with a large consulting firm. I am in charge of maintaining the Americas network.

My base salary is quite a bit more...but sounds inviting.

I would assume that this person would work for J&J ? I would also assume that they need to live in Las Vegas or the vicinity?

BTW, Are your locations franchises?

Joe,

Very kind! Thank you!

Yes Las Vegas or VERY close vicinity would be required, and J&J Health Foods Inc. would be the employer. Most of the stores are my company stores, the rest are licensed and I receive royalties for use of the name.

tambeng,

That is a very positive way of looking at it, thank you for that perspective.

I'm only 18 right now so I doubt I can do something like that but I was just wondering what kind of qualifications does a person need i.e..what kind of college degree/diploma etc. also what type of experience would they need to get a job like that. Hell i'd move there in a second if I could get the job right now (caddy and 52 grand a year I'm in!!)
