General freight and Hazmat, mostly palletized. Trucking is hard work with a lot of away from home time. We have drivers making over $100,000 a year. The average in our comany is about $80,000. Most of our trucks are less than a year old and have automatic transmissions.

I drove for 8 years to put my wife through school. LTL freight, doubles, triples, hazmat, and a couple of years with a tanker. It can pay very well if you are willing to work. Now I am lazy and just like to fly aircraft!! Plus you get there faster.
