03 Z06 programmers

which programmers would you recommend for stock that would also be tunable with 100-150 shot down the road.

What about ram-air systems? are they worth it

You could do a little research on this site using the SEARCH function and you'd find plenty of information. But to get you started...,

The two most popular programming apps are HPTuners and LS1Edit. Stay away from "programmers", handheld devices have only limited user programmability. Software that runs on a laptop will give you the utmost flexibility.

Ram-Air systems are generally not worth it for the "ram" factor. The amount of air pressure you can generate at typical road going speeds is mostly inconsequential. However, Ram-Air systems do improve the intake flow and can be good for a handfull of additional ponies for that reason alone. The Vararam intake is very popular, though it's unclear how much better it is than the simple "zip-tie" mod for the factory intake.
