? about drivability with built engine, tuning? clutch?

ok so my 03 z06 recently had some engine problems now im looking to build it up, new pistons rods cam heads etc. the car is an everyday driver though. putting a bigger cam in it, is that going to make it rough driving on the street?

after i do that iam going to get it dyno tuned... will the car be drivable without having it tuned right away??? and how long should I wait until i get it tuned??? i want to be able to break the new pistons in properly i dont want to have it blown up on the dyno.

with these new mods and the ones i already have i would like to put down 450+ to the wheels. how are the clutches in these cars? will a stock clutch hold ok?
