Need help with codes

I checked for codes the other day and found these. I know what they are but I dont know exaclty what they mean. Can someone explain these?

C1221H -
C1222H -
C1248H -
C1276H -

The first two are front wheel speed input sensor is 0.
The 1248 is IPC indicated low brake fluid?
The 1276 is Delivered Torque Signal Circuit Malfuncion?

Any input as to why these were triggered?

I have had a recent dynopack tune and i also i have done an idle relearn, would this cause any of those codes?

Our Car's sometimes throw some of the codes listed after they have been on the rollers (Dyno Tuned). Such as ABS/AH etc.

Seeing how they are all History, clear them and see if they come back. Let us know how you make out.
