Ported/Polished LS2 Throttlebody

This is a mod. worth doing for anyone that has the LS2 throttlebody on their FAST 90. If you look at the throttlebody it is angled upwards to make the air bridge duct connection. If you look at the throttlebody straight on, 90 degrees to the butterfly valve, you will see that the valve opening is partially shrouded by the upper and lower mouth of the inlet. I used a drummel tool with the wand and removed all the swirl grooves, took away the material that shrouds the opening, and polished the whole inner workings with abrasive buff balls. When I was finished and reinstalled, I took the car for a 100 mile jaunt and the computer was relearning based on the new flow. Huge torque gain and power omg, you won't believe it.
The stock LS2 90mm throttlebody is restrictive. Take my word for it. Port them and polish them, and you will see a big difference especially low speed drivability issue with the cam are gone. Who would have thought? The results far exceeded my expectations.

Todd,

Looks like you're ready to put a chute on the back end to stop that beast......
