Canada, Michigan, Ohio Caravan 2006

Yes, its that time again everybody, so I figured I might as well start this one up

As of right now, Katrina and I are leaving about the same as we did last year- early Wednesday morning

Yes, I will have my 2way radios with us this year and they will both be charged the night before and I'm also bringing the charger with me this time (great idea eh )Yeah, I thought so too.

Lets discuss likes and dislikes from last year, and if you plan on meeting up with us or not

What time are the Mi/Can people leaving. I get off work at 7am that day. I work right off I-75 near the turnpike. I could join shortly after.

I believe we left Michigan about 5:30 almost 6:00 am. This gave us plenty of time to do stuff that day, once we got to the hotel like clean the car and miss Detroit rush hour traffic

Bigcat39- This is why I started this a little bit early. So that we can discuss meeting up spots

The world is a funny place. I had a van beat me to a turn the other day because I could not get enough traction in first or second to go by him. I even thought it was funny!!!

When did you get yours out? The weather and roads must be nicer than up here

Anything you might want to change from last year

Madvetter,

Right now, my car is just about perfect for me. Just enough bling to catch someone's eye, 648 flywheel HP with no obvious sign of the additional HP and it is an almost totally silent supercharger. I have suprised a few people, mostly BMW owners who think they have fast cars. Usually it is someone with a new 530i, the M3 owners know better even if I was just stock. The weather has been pretty good on about 4 days since March 1 (sunny and dry)so I have taken the opportunity to let it stretch its legs a couple of times. The Fest ought to be a blast this year.
