i will make reservations for all those who have pm'ed me. i will wait a couple of days and see if anyone else signs up. i will use the holiday inn (on I30) and put the rooms on my card. you can change it when you get there. if you forget, you get to buy my gas.

After waiting to see how everything would pan out it looks like I'll be joining the caravan to. I wanted to leave early Monday to get there by that evening, but that would be a little much. The sad part is that I have to be back home by Friday evening. Texarkana sounds like a good stopping point and it'll be safer to ride in a group. I have a couple of radios as well. I'll have to change my reservations in BG and get a room where ever most of you guys are staying.
Ok...I have a solid trailer. I'm a go...All I need to do now is register for the Fest. It's going to be fun driving up with friends this year.

all the above will be staying at the holiday inn I-30 on the night of the 19th. i will be making those reservations today. they will be in my name, so let me know if you change your mind.
i believe hunter sims (rat racer) is planning to meet us at the motel on the morning of the 20th. we will have five cars in the caravan.
if any of you know anyone else, get them signed up. the more the merrier. i will be pm'ing each of you with everyone's contact numbers. if anyone has extra two way radios, bring them. otherwise, i will be sending smoke signals.
Anyone interested in caravanning from the DFW area leaving on the 20th, staying in Little Rock, then getting into BG on the 21st?
I'm leaving from Flower Mound on the 20th. But I'm leaving early (0500-0600) and meeting the Caravan in Texarkana at 0800. We will be driving the rest of the way to BG Tuesday.

I'm not going to be able to make the drive from Dallas to Bowling Green in one day. We'll leave on on the 20th (time negotiable), and spend the night somewhere in Central Arkansas, then leave the morning of the 21st and finish the drive to BG. Anyone want to tag along is more than welcome.
