Wish I could make it. I thought I would hook up with you guys in KC, but work is getting in the way. (I need to get an extra source of income!)

Have fun.

Steve,
I have been in touch with Norm, and we are going to hook up Wednesday morning probably at the hotel I am staying at in Lee's Summit, MO. PM either one of us for more details.
If anyone else is interested in coming along let us know!

Jim,

Sounds good to me! The earlier the better!

Probably only takes me about 15 minutes to get from Overland Park to Lee's Summit.

I'll pm Norman and get the skinny.

Any of the rest of the KC gang going on Wednesday? Any of the St. Louis gang want to meet up later in the day and caravan to BG?

Steve

Norman/Jim,

What is the plan for leaving on Wednesday morning?

I can be at Jim's hotel in about 15 minutes from the house in Overland Park.

The earlier the better as far as I am concerned.

Jim, got it!

Since there is no registration pickup before Thursday morning, if we get there around 6:00pm we'll have plenty of time to check in to the hotel and get to Rafferty's for 7:00pm dinner.

See at 7:00 Wednesday morning!

Steve

Let's plan on having dinner on Tuesday night if you guys are in town in time. Then we can leave as early as you like on Wed morning from the hotel.

Bring your two ways.

Norman,

I'm game. Since Jim is staying on your side of town, you just want to meet for dinner somewhere over there? Pick a time and place ?

I don't know what time he is getting into town, but just let me know when and where.

Jim, any idea when you will reach KC?

Steve

Steve,
Not sure what time I wll reach KC. It all depends on what time I get out of here. I am going to try to get on the road by 8am mountain time, and if I do that will put me in KC around 9pm Central time, so it will probably be too late for a dinner meeting, but I would be up for having a few drinks at a nearby watering hole!
I am going to try to leave earlier, but I need to spend
some time tuesday morning with my foreman getting him
lined out for the week. (gotta make sure my business is still here when I get back) lol. I have Norm's phone # and if you want you can PM me yours and I will keep in touch with you both along the way! I am bringing my 2 ways also, so once we hook up and start for BG it will be easy to keep in touch!
Talk to ya soon! Jim

Since we are on the other side of town, we'll probably just catch you first thing in the morning on Wednesday.

Will plan on being at your hotel around 6:30-7:00 am.

See ya then.

Sounds good. For anyone wanting to meet for dinner Tuesday night. Let me know. We can meet at Summit Hickory Pit BBQ. It is about 5 minutes from the hotel. Good food and service. Yup, cuties work there too. haha
