We're planning to leave Wednesday morning, 7/20, around 9:00 am from the Rochester Hills, MI, area. We're also staying at the Hamton Inn on Three Springs Rd, in BG. Should take us 8-9 hours depending on traffic, construction, stops, etc. We'll be in an '03 Electron Blue Z06 with 18/20" Weld Evo Wheels as a way of knowing who we are. We'll bring along our 2-way radios tuned to channel 12 (but also roaming other stations) if you want to talk. Look us up at the Hampton. We'll be doing the assembly plant tour Thursday @ 1PM; the BBQ dinner at the Homestead, the car show Friday morning, the dinner Saturday evening at the Skydome.

Leaving MI at about 6am on Wednesday morning and will be at Findlay, Ohio at about 8am. Should have about 4 cars at that point.

Hey Z06er's,

I'm heading to the Hampton Wednesday morning also but won't be making the caravan, actually I won't have my Z06 since there are 3 of us. Good timing to leave north side of Detroit by 5:30 am and miss most of the construction rock slinging trucks. When I'm driving the Z06 I leave between 5 and 5:30 am also but I'll probable sleep in a little later this year. I'm bringing my daughter and step daughter with me so we decided to bring the Saab convert. Oh I'm going to miss not having the Z06 there this year.
Anyway, If I see any of you on the way we'll hold up a Z06Vette.com banner! Have a enjoyable and safe trip and I'll see you in BG!
