The past couple years, the PA/NY/NJ group would meet up with the VA/MD/DE group in Morgantown, WV and roll out Tuesday ~8am then meet for lunch in Charleston around noon, leave there and hit the Baymont around 6pm, just in time for dinner.
Of course that is open for adjustment if needed.
We might be adding an return member with Five-O-Joe. I'm trying to "convince" him to join us but that is an easier job than it sounds.
Alright tell us your secret weapon! Nobody is invincible even at night. The radio is faster then a C6Z06. Wanna know how I know?

PA/MD........when is everyone leaving? I still don't see any definate departure times or meeting places and I'd like to join up with you so I don't have to roll alone. Let me know so I can figure out if I'm leaving Monday afternoon or to hook up with you or if I'm leaving Monday at midnight or so and rolling straight into WV......thanks!

I'm leaving Monday, doing the southern swing thru Knoxville and into Nashville for Tues nite staging for Wed HPDE.
However, I ran with the crew last year (along with DWJZ06, MikejustMike, 2mchfun, panzer, ... after much research by Panzer, decided that the route would be 70 W to 68 and then down into WVPhoto's Charleston WV rendezvous.
We cleared the 70/270 interchange vic Frederick MD about 6:30 and made it into Charleston in plenty of time. (before 11:30 AIR)
I would suggest you folks planning on Tuesday follow that route ... 06:45-07:00 is a good NLT clear time for 70/270. NE folks can come down 95 to I-70 and west to Frederick, or come across PA and drop down 81 and pick up the group around Hagerstown, NLT 07:15 - 07:30.

I am located in Southern NJ (Cherry Hill) across from Philly. I am at Exit 36 on I-295. I was planning on leaving Cherry Hill, NJ ~ 0300 - 0330. I can make Fredrick, MD in 2.5 hrs and Morgantown, WV in 4.5 hrs.
Is Morgantown the place folks stop to eat? 0800 seems like a good time for a pit stop. A diner or fast food place would work.
Charleston, WV is a 2 hr clip from Morgantown so it looks like as long as we leave Morgantown by 0930 we are good to go.
Is anyone going to have an FRS radio or something like that? I don't have one (yet) but have been thinking of getting one.

You'd be very welcome to join in!!! And I'm sure we can round up a radio for you, I might even 1 extra. You pretty much have the tenative plans in great order.
The trip from M'Town to Charleston might need a little extra time. I think there are going to be a couple trailers tagging along.
