Texas Caravan 2005

Figured I'd start this early. I am anxious to go already.

Well, I'm in. I'm not sure if I'm going to trailer or drive yet but, I know I'm going.

I don't know if I'm going to make it to the Fest this year. Got a lot going on and haven't decided yet. If I don't go, you guys need to win some of the drawings for me.

I am in on the TX caravan if I and the wife end up going. Never been, so this will be my first.

Sometimes it just sucks living so close to BG. Hey, maybe I could just drive out to Texas and turn around and caravan back in with you guys!

Z06Dad, any idea of which route you might take? We're in WF and would be going thru Texarkana. Would like to meet up with you.

We will probably meet up in Texarkana like last year. I am driving up through Houston to meet up with my Houston buddies and stopping in Texarkana.

Texarkana seemed to be the best place for Texans to meet as a group last year. We even had Ken from AZ catch up with us there. Houston was not the meeting place. There were just several guys from Houston that went last year which is why I joined up with them to Texarkana. We all met up in Texarkana. Most of us spent the night in Texarkana and waited the following morning for anyone that was within a few hours of Texarkana that didn't want to spend the night.
It is easier for me to cut up through Dallas, but I wanted to meet up with the Houston crowd. I may go up through Dallas this year to meet up with the Dallas crowd.



errr....I have edit this post 3 times and it still as clear as mud to me. anyway if you see a line of Z's on the road, follow them, they are probably heading to the fest.
