Here are the full details and a picture of the system:
*This kit is specific to the 2002 Corvette ZO6. We will be releasing additional models/years as they become available (1997-2002 C5 & 2001 ZO6).
*Due to the fuel system design on this vehicle, custom ECM module reprogramming will be required when additional aftermarket parts are added such as a MAF meter, smaller supercharger drive pulley, large diameter headers/exhaust etc.
Summary: Allows retention of all vehicle accessories. Flywheel horsepower: stock-- (HP/TQ) 405/400; supercharged-- (HP/TQ) 538/483. Installation time is 16-24 hours.
Included components:
• V2 CCW rotation SC-trim SQ supercharger uses 6-rib 3.60" pulley and secondary cog drive (30T/34T) producing 6.5 psi at 6500 rpm
• Air/water charge air cooler (closed loop) increases performance and reliability of supercharger system and includes:
a) Welded charge air cooler core assembly with aluminum discharge tube, Bosch compressor bypass valve, silicone sleeves and stainless steel hose clamps
b) Charge air cooler water storage tank with hoses, clamps and plumbing
c) Compact water circulation pump for closed loop cooling
d) Water cooler
• Hand-held programmer controls ignition timing and fuel enrichment
• Fuel system upgrade includes 42 lb/hr fuel injectors
• Supercharger drive system includes all necessary belts and pulleys
• Cast aluminum mounting bracket mounts power steering pump and supercharger
• Anodized billet mounting plate assembly relocates alternator and spring tensioner
• Bosch compressor bypass valve
• Molded inlet duct retains stock air box/ MAF location
• Oil drain and oil feed assemblies allow for maintenance free operation
