First pics of new pulley and bracket for Procharger

This is an entirely new bracket and pulley system. The belt is 11" shorter than the previous setup. There is only 1 idler pulley for the blower and it's larger in diameter to slow the bearing speed substantially. The Tensioner is actually down at the crank pulley instead of the blower. The belt wraps around the blower pulley by just over 180 degrees and goes around a single idler and the tensioner is reversed with a 3" smooth pulley to pull the belt around the ATI Superdamper. The tensioner is way down by the balancer. There are no long runs of belt that are not guided by a ribbed or smooth pulley between the damper and blower. Results have been very positive. No one has experienced any belt slip so far.
I have a Z06 from Las Vegas with a 383, 3.70 pulley and 12 PSI boost that has no evident belt wear in 3 months. That's encouraging.

Look at the bottom photo. The belt, after going by the tensioner makes a hard right and wraps around the balancer. On the other side the belt comes straight down from the blower pulley and wraps around the water pump pulley. The bracket just barely clears the water pump pulley. I think the longest run of unguided belt is about 6 inches. That makes a huge difference I'll post pictures as I install it on an engine on the engine stand tomorrow.
The whole system will be supplied with a new tensioner and all the pulleys installed.
