Well, the price on GM's website is about $2000 less than the price I saw on Ebay. It's also about $2000 less than I saw that a vendor sold one for so I guess, they have $2000 room for shipping...LOL :D

The engine is going into a 98 C5 with one of those '53 looking retro body kits. Performance wise the car is bone stock. It's a show car, so everything is spotless inside and out. Unlike when I tear into my own car and am filthy in 2min :P
The engine is identical to whats in the Z basically - nothing has been modified for the crate versions. It's pretty much a replacement motor. We have alot of hurdles to overcome to getting it into the car and running. We're still on hurdle #1 at the moment
I'll have a site up soon showing the progress. We hope to have the LS1 out within a few weeks. The car is getting ALOT of toys from front to back. :D
Oh, and no warranty on this baby.. The still virgin cam will be the first thing to come out of it. It'll be installed in the car along with a set of Kook's custom 1 7/8" headers, custom 3" exhaust, some sort of breather, larger injectors, and one scary ass cam :jawdrop: Also new 06 Z06 big brake package, wheels, and a set of 3.90's.. I'm sure I'm leaving out something :D
