These are the instructions I used to install mine:

"Installed Raptor last night. Thought I would save some time by locating "engine speed signal" inside at grommet on passenger side but time and effort still significant. Removed underhood fuseblock to gain access to white 22 gauge wire on terminal A3 of C2. Checked continuity to wire passing through grommet. Located wire inside without much problem.
Not much slack in wire so decided to cut and solder together with green wire from shift light. This worked fine but workspace is very tight. Removed pillar pad on drivers side and ran cable down slot in pillar and then under dash and across to hump.
Pulled carpeting down on both sides and fed shift light cable under heater control box with no problems. This was easy and only took a couple of minutes. Already had radar detector wired to yellow and black under kick panel and added shift light power there. The only thing I didn't have to do was get to PCM or remove battery to feed wire through grommet from underhood. Powered up fine but streets too wet to see how it worked at shift point."
