Waiting for the Halltech T-1C? Your patience is about to be rewarded!

Many here have waited patiently for the T-1C (ABS Composite Plastic) to arrive, and it looks like we should have a prototype next week. It should take no more than 1 hour to test it and a day or two to get enough parts to fill all orders.

I have a deal for the patient customers on this forum.

We are 1 week away from production on our Carbon Fiber T-1 SideWinder that has already broken all records with an outstanding 369.9 RWHP pull with the new Z1R AAF Filter.

That's 435 HP folks with just an intake mod. Believe it!. We have 6 dynos from various customers that have made 365 to 369.9 RWHP with just the T-1 carbon fiber on their 2002 Z06. Expect about 354.5 RWHP on the 2001.

Here's the deal: We have already decided to include the $189.00 Z1R AAF filter in all pending orders for the T-1C. Now Halltech will upgrade you to the carbon fiber T-1 for $169.00!!

This upgrade must be placed online and done by Wednesday. That is our expected date for material to begin production of the carbon fiber units.

Go to www.CorvetteC5.com and select Intake; then T-1 Upgrade.

Post any questions here.

Jim,

I'm in for the T-1 Carbon Fibre Upgrade.

When do you expect it will ship?

That's a helluva deal Jim. Unfortunately, the boss just nixed my request for the upgrade. I just have one question. Since the carbon fiber unit will be superior to the composite unit in quality, will there be any issues as far as heat build-up in the composites? Thanks!

One week

Depending on when the material comes in. It takes 30 days to get the pre-preg material. It was order 3-01-02. Friday should be the date.

Should begin shipping the very next day, 5 at a time.

The nice thing is we have control over production

We will not run low on material again with the carbon fiber units.

The composite plastic units are going to be very easy to manufacture and keep in stock, once the mold is complete.

I am not happy with the delay, and that is why I am offering the carbon fiber units at the lowest price ever, just for those with more patience than me.

I am personally going to the plastic plant Monday to shake things up.

I think they are finished with the mold, and all orders should go out next week.

Thanks

Jim

Word today

The tooling is finished and the mold will be poured this week. Yes.

The parts should be in production within 48 hours thereafter.

We should be able to ship 25 units per day once we get the parts.

I will have a shipping date later today.

Jim:
Not particularly liking the Carbon Fiber look, I am willing to wait for the T-1C unit, but I am wondering how your testing of less expensive injectors such as Accel's is going since I have already committed to that package.
