1000 hp, 400 of which you will actually be able to put to the pavement. Will make a lot of noise though!

My experience with running high horsepower on the street was that I couldnt put it down under 70 mph. 1st, 2nd, and a good bit of 3rd were nothing but wheelspin. I was only making 500 rwhp and at the time was using hard compound rubber so it was a bad combination. It pulled something fierce up top though, all BS aside I was running with production 600's and 750's at the turn of the millenium. I ran even with a 2002 yamaha R6 from 50-150 mph. He couldnt believe it.

And because of the limited traction down low I was always between 120-150 to enjoy the power. Right now with barely 420 rwhp I am right at the limit as far as streetability goes, I know that with even another 30 rwhp I wouldnt be able to put it all down in 1st gear. The nittos just barely put down what Im making now, I like to feel the power but I dont want to put myself in a situation in which to feel it I have to be going something insane.

I usually row through to the top of 3rd, grab 4th and get out of it around 100 mph. Seldomly will I take 4th to redline, and once in a GREAT while 5th to redline. I know if I was pushing 600+rwhp I would be putting myself in a bad situation everytime I drive.

I probably wont ever have more than 500 rwhp, I still plan on going with a 402 LS2 when I can but thats it, I really dont want any more power than that.

DUDE....Take FORUM LESSONS. You need to direct your insults at someone, not just put out a one liner directed at everyone in the thread. You can do this by hitting the quote button next time. Welcome to zo6vette.com by the way.
