Ok guys, I'm a newbie on this forum, but you guys seem very knowledgeable from what I've read thus far. Last Saturday, I purchased an NOS 5131 wet kit from Speed, Inc along with the following accessories:
-N.O.S. bottle heater
-N.O.S. purge kit
-MSD digital RPM activated window switch
I am also planning on purchasing a p/n NOS-15685 fuel pressure safety switch that is adjustable from 30-70 psi of line pressure. After installation I'm planning on having the car tuned by the local Corvette specialist MTI Racing, of Marietta, Ga. Does anyone believe I have covered all my bases as far as having the correct parts and right plan before I start spraying this thing. Aside from cat-back exhaust and a K&N the car is essentially stock. Does the aforementioned setup appear to be sound? If not, can you recommend additional parts that I might need? I'm a CNC machinist by trade and although very mechanical, I'm not a car mechanic and love to be 100% clear of half-assedness. I cannot afford to blow the intake manifold through the hood so all of your insight will be greatly appreciated.

Man, that video of a MY C5Z burning at the drag strip comes to mind
You never said what you'll be spraying... 75, 100, 150? Any reason why you chose wet over dry? I would reconsider going wet if it were me and just be happy with a dry 100 shot. I've never felt comfortable with the idea of spraying fuel in a plastic intake manifold.
Anyway. Definitely run some NGK TR6s or equivalent and as long as you don't exceed 525-550 rwhp the stock fuel pump will be fine.
Go ahead and replace the fuel filter if you haven't recently.
Be super meticulous with the wiring!!! The solenoids are triggered by a ground. Make sure evrything is routed smoothly and the conductors are well protected from the chassis.
I'm sure MTI has tuned many a C5 Z06 with N2O, so let them help you with the window switch. I believe most stock cars are set at 3000 to 6000 RPM.
I've heard FPSSs can be kind of a pain and most end up taking them off.
I'm not a N2O user, but I've done some research because I plan on putting a small dry shot on my car eventually.
I hate to say use the search button, but you'll find some good info on nitrous here. Welcome to the site!!
I used to run nitrous before doing a TT setup.
The only thing I did above and beyond what you are planning is that I added an additional nitrous solenoid in-line. I know... I'm paranoid. But the worst thing that can happen in a nitrous app is for the nitrous 'noid to get stuck open. Adding another in-line basically doubles your safety net on this type of accident happening. I never found it to be a problem. My motor was stock except for a CAI, and it made 490rwhp/570+rwtq and ran 128mph through the traps, hitting the juice in 2nd gear on street tires. It's a lot of fun, and very safe when done properly. I enjoyed it.
As others have pointed out, get some NGK TR6 plugs, gapped ~.040"-.042".
FWIW, I ran a TNT wet kit and never had any problems.
Good luck!

Hey Wes, where you been buddy?
Haven't seen you around for quite a spell.
We miss hearing from you and also getting some of your expertise on FI applications too.
Just been extremely busy, my friend. I just don't have nearly the time to spend on forums anymore. My kids are growing up fast, so I need to enjoy that. My son turned 13 yesterday. He was with me when we flew to go pick up my '02 Z06, nearly 6 years ago. Wow, time flies.
Before I know it, we'll be finding a car for him. Then maybe I'll get back to the track more often.
