i'd like to see pics also, i'm going to be doing the ATI twin intercooler install in the next couple of weeks.
there seems to be a big following for A&A's single but i got such
a great deal on used low mileage twin i couldn't resist.
I saw Andy's kit in person, not on the car though, but in boxes ready to be shipped out.
I can say kit looks clean and easy to install.
I don't even wanna say about twin inetrcoolers setup from ATI - they are nothing comparing to Andy's single intercooler (from first sight of course, may be those little inetrcoolers flow some wonder numbers, but i don't think so)...
The only thing that stops me from ordering is that i'm awaiting for a new bracket and 8 rib pulley setup from ATI that supposed to be kick ass...
I'm not sure if Andy has changed the kit, but that looks awful. The guys happy with the looks had it installed by Andy. The mail order kit requires you to cut up the stock shroud and it looks horrible, IMO.
Looks like I will either wait for the new ATI kit or get the Vortech.
Who's got the best pricing on Vortech blowers? I sent Tom Byrne an e-mail for a quote.
Wayne,
I was at A&A yesterday. AWSM06's car was being worked on. The kits currently being installed look much cleaner than the photos you're showing. I think the shroud part of the kit has improved. I've seen 4 different installs that A&A has done and they all looked pretty clean.

You just might be surprised at the twin intercoolers, bro.
They do the job!!!
I layed my radiator down but keeping my twin ICs.
I just helped to so call upgrade to the single IC and was not impressed.
Inf-act a lot of cursing going on. If you use an electric water pump you got to mod the bracket . Do you have a welder at home, this is needed to lay out the radiator?
The shroud is a piece of ABS plastic that also had to be cut and trimmed to close the hood and the belt still slips. Didn't slip before switching brackets.
Just an opinion from someone that has installed a few ATIs.

What about installed pics of the basic ATI kit with the twin intercoolers? I have searched around online, but can't find pictures of this setup.
Thanks!
Wayne the front is off of my car, ICs and plumbing completey exposed. I will take some pics of the plumbing like no one else can show you. This is the only one I have right now, I'll take some better pics today.
These others are the underside of course, I have changed the install just enough to have the plumbing tuck way up inside and I run my surge valve in to the fender.
I do the IC and plumblig for all of AntiVenoms ATI installs.
FRC TOM,
Great pics...i'm going to start a twin i/c system install system in the next week or so. tell me is it necessary to lay the radiator down to install the twin i/c without an electric water pump?
also, am i reading your reply right that you were not impressed with the single i/c and new bracket.
and i hoping your going to say i don't have to take the whole front of the car apart to do the install

Excuse me for butting in but I did my own ATI install & you do not have to lay down the radiator or remove the front of your car.

i have heard that with the stock ATI twin i/c kit if your going to keep your stock twin fan the radiator must be relocated.

I'm not sure about that. I used the supplied single fan from ATI. I have had no heat issues with the single fan setup.

That may be true, but why would you want to keep your stock twin fan?

just remember i'm the rookie here so no flames please.
it's my understanding that the surface area of the single
ATI fan is less then the area of the stock twin fans.
i've not seen the ATI single or know it's dimensions so
i can't verify, if we can get the diameter and overall size
of the ATI we can figure it out.

Mike, no flames intended at all brutha!!
The old ATI fan, irregardless of surface area, never gave me a heating problem. Never on the street, drag strip or roadracing.
ATI changed the fan about 5 months ago to a much higher speed fan and I still have seen no heating issues whatsoever.
Be careful of believing all the hype you see on this and other forums. Sometimes "newer, more improved products" are unneccasary to performance. They just cost money........
