ATI - PROCHARGER p1sc max boost i get is 5psi why?????

i have done everything in the book , plugged the surge valve, dropped the radiator 4 inches for the strait ram air set up, checked all hoses and intercoolers for cracks, put a huge idler pulley in top of the tensioner insted of the small one, SENT BY ATI FREE OF CHARGE, drilled a new hole on the braket to put an idler where the belt goes down to the water pump to make more belt contact, new gates belt ,katech solid adjustable tensioner ,, no more belt slipping after 3 hard runs
BUT the most i get is 5psi at 6500rpms on a 4.1 pulley that i hear is supposed to make 7to8psi
i want to make the blower set up work but seems imposible right now
so what do i do next, bitch at ATI for a free up grade to a D1? sense i bought this p1 new.?
i'm out of ideas right now

Mike have you tried a different boost gage yet?
Makes no sence unless you are lossing boost via the rings and you are getting a lot of crankcase pressure instead.
The rings on an '01 are not very good.

yup tried 3 different gauge's , and disconected the pcv from in front of the blower and tierap the hose to the top of the intake, to check for blowby under hard boost and 6500rpms if it would have had blowby the to of the intake will be full of oil ,and i would had seen the smoke, and i dont loose oil ever
i'm very familiar with blowby had turbo cars all my life
i'm out of ideas besides triying to get my money back from ati ,or getting a free upgrade to a D1...

You seemed to have covered all the bases Mike. You do still have the stock crankshaft pulley I assume?
There must be something wrong with that unit.
A P1 with a 4.6 pulley should pull 6-7 lbs with that 4.10 you are in danger-land at 10lbs or so.
I had a 4.10 on my D series and hit 10lbs at 5500 rpms.
I toasted a piston with a 4.5 pulley.
See if they will upgrade you to the D but make sure you use a 4.6 or larger pulley.

yes stock sise for bottom pulley
well the guys at ati said the 4.1 pulley is a 7psi kit on a p1sc
they are sending me a 3.9 pulley to try, so ill make sure i keep my eyes on that boost gauge at all times...
