The STS system seems really neat. I was skeptical until I saw pics of it installed, watched a few videos, and seen a few graphs and customers testimonials. It looks like an awesome FI system, and the 60-80 lbs you typically add whether it be a turbo or supercharger is over the back tires.

700 rwhp should be no problem with that kit and the right bottom end. That being said STS gets my vote.

14 should yield a few horses. At about 30 a pound, you may have to feed about 180 more horses. Time to get a ranch, not enough room in NY to let them stretch their legs.

Sounds like you've forged the btm end and lowered compression.

STS seems to be the big winner IMHO. Even I was looking to go from N/A to the STS TT setup.

Since you have not bought the car yet you may want to rethink the model year. The 2002-2003 was a major change to the fuel system and there are guys having issues providing enough fuel pressure to run above 550hp. The fuel system alone can cost needless big bucks. Just something to look into before buying.

Personally I like TTs and APS is coming out with a wicked system for the C5 in October. All slung down low like TTi and Lingenfelter but with great potential for power.

Another downer is the LS2 / LS6 are high compression engines and probably won't last long with more than 7#s boost. You'll be able to get to 600hp and anything beyond will probably damage the internals.

If you want to drag race the car then a centrifugal is the better option IMO. Boost and power build in a linear form to redline and unlike the TT won't peter out at 6000rpm. Turbos seem to have a sweet spot that they work best in. More torque down low but they don't carry it thru redline.

And one more thing to contemplate before buying a C5. The driveline is weak for drag racing. What you'll find is once you get 550 hp you'll need to beef up the diff and then the tranny and most certainly the clutch. Add all that into the mix and the F-body may be a better choice. If cash is no problem, dive right in.

Boostapump is included in the tuning kit. During initial wideband tuning at wot it slammed to 10 - rich. No fuel shortage issues appeared.

I think this depends on what housing you run. I'm currently running the high end housing and it screams right into the rev limiter (cuz ya can't shift quickly enough). Changing the housing can switch you to more midrange focus if that's what you want. Point is, I believe it is somewhat adjustable to you're needs.
