While I do not have headers myself, I can assure you you will only gain a few HP from the install. Maybe 5 or so. Couple it with other mods (that actually require you have better flow) and you will see better results.

There are four brands that IMO that are the best.

LG longtubes - Easy install and true longtube and made of stainless. They are the most expensive of all the brands.

Kooks - Stainless construction except for the x-pipe and little harder to install because you have to raise the engine. Mid length design.

Supermaxx - All Stainless complete with cats Longtube design

FLP - Very easy to install. Made from mild steel with Jet Hot coating very good looking, mid tube design, comes as the complete kit which enables you switch back and forth between cats or off road pipe.

People tend to promote whatever they have on the own car. Regardless of which one you pick you will be happy with the results. All the headers produce about the same peak RWHP results within a few horsepower. The LG longtubes have shown a little more RWHP in the lower RPM band over the others due to there longtube design.

Headers with a LS1 edit tune will produce 20 to 30 RWHP improvement. The average is about 25 RWHP.

400rwhp with your mods and headers probably won't happen...but you can expect 385 to 390rwhp...LGs and Kooks are very popular...if you do full header, no cats and 3inch pipes plus aggressive tuning (w/o cats can add lots of timing) then you might get closer to 400rwhp...good luck

Yikes! Okay My info was really bad on this one. Forgive me for saying this but when I gave out the 5hp gain it was because i was thinking about the ...ummm well errrrr.... Miata I used to drive.

Sorry... I wasnt thinking that a MUCH bigger MUCH more powerful engine would also increase the gains from such a modification. As I said...
