Welcome to the site.
My selected performance shop has just finished the first stage of my Z06 project. We ended up with 390 RWHP and 379 RWTQ and this was without tuning/editing. These numbers should get you into the 11's. The mods were as follows:
1) Vararam intake - U.S. $399
2) LGM long tube headers, x-pipe and high flow cats. - U. S. $1,900
3) GHL bullet exhaust - U. S. $900
All purchases were made through supporting forum vendors.
Any quality intake, long tube header, high flow cats and exhaust should get you close to the same numbers.
You should do the editing/tuning after these installations, which should get you to the 400 RWHP mark. The reason why it was not done on my car yet is because we are installing the Vortech supercharger next and it will be done after completing that work.
I haven't seen or heard the car yet as I am not in Canada but apparently it has an awesome, deep, throaty muscle car sound, which is what I was looking for

very few people have hit 400 RWHP withthose mods. and i dont remember any(look at how many posts i have )
if you hit 390 RWHP without tunning dont be suprised if tunning doesnt give you more than 5 on the top. it will defitnley have a much better curve but you get the idea. .
answer to get to the 11s you need full bolt ons(ie 390 RWHP) or just tires and some good launches and good air.
With alot of seat time on launches, you could get to 11's with no mods...There are quite afew members on here who have done it with showroom stock cars...Do a search and you find them...Good luck...

LS1 Edit, ET Streets, and 2 .50 cent zipties put us into the 11's at a slippery track at 2000' DA. I guarantee this feat can be replicated by anyone who is willing to spend some time practicing at ANY track that is less than 1000' physical altitude, and less than 80 deg.
The ET Streets aren't just for launching, they eliminate wheelhop which will trash your driveline. We seldom race on street tires because of it, it ain't worth busting stuff.
I agree, go with drag radials or ET Streets and practice, high 11's and very achievable on a otherwise stock car. I know a few have done it bone stock on street tires, but they are by far the exception not the rule.
