New Vararam with a question

I just received a new VR-B2 and will be installing it in the Spring when I summerize the Z . I was thinking of coating the setup in foil so as to keep the air cooler as it enters. Do you race folks think this would be worth the effort?

The foil would make it look really high performance....

I thank you for the replies, but I was serious in asking. I figured since heat is reflected by mirror like surfaces, it might help even more in cooling the incoming air. I guess I deserved the burn for being ignorant. I will chose my topics more carefully next time. Thanks again for the time

Once the underhood temps start baking it, the foil wont help. You can get it coated with a thermal coating if yu want to try and keep the heat off it.

Im sorry for the kidding up above, but I couldnt resist....
