Nitrous fuel upgrade question - Z06Vette.com

Hi everybody,

I have a 2002, C6 corvette, I've just installed a ZEX LSX Direct Port Nitrous Systems (blackout) system. I want to put the 175HP jet in my car. My question is this one : If I want to upgrade my fuel pressure or fuel system just to be sure to not miss fuel.......is that possible for me to install the #82020 - ZEX Booster Fuel Pump Kits (255 LPH, External) ??? One of my friend have that part number handy...and want to give it to me for free......Am I correct to install this fuel pump booster to my original fuel line ?

A 2002 Corvette is a C5 not C6. Is this a stock motor? A 175 hp shot is a little wild for a stock motor as far as longevitiy goes.

I run the stock fuel system on my 02 with 150, 175, 200 and 250 shots. I have a Boost-a-pump.

I also have a stand alone fuel system for my nitrous but i just haven't moved the fuel noid over to it. That's the best way to go so you can use race gas and add timing back in.
