Hey guys I have an 02 Z with a custom turbo setup. I am running 7lbs + meth. We turned it up to 10lbs for about 4 days but the charge temps were to hot. Now my oil catch can smokes a little when the engine gets hot. I have done a compression check and everything passes. What could it be? Please if you have any ideas I would appreciate them. I know I have to forge it but I would like to do it while I am in Iraq this summer.
Whether or not compression "passes" isn't the question. You need to know how much the compression has changed since before you bumped the boost to 10PSI. If it was at the high-end and now it's at the low end, you've toasted your rings, maybe.
