PCV Blow-by/Catch Vent Part 3!

As you may have read I have had some minor issues with my STS PCV system. I have been told that the best fix is to run it back through the air cleaner line with a catch can. But there is a more constant vacuum from the intake then in one of the air cleaner pipes and they are a long ways back.
Anyways, after still noticing oil oozing and dripping on my headers out of my valve covers and since I currently had added a "catch can" (3/4 hose tee with 1/2"npt x 3/8" hole nipples) in my crank PCV line. I added a second check valve to the drain line, that was caped, and connected it uncapped to my valve cover filter housing under the car. This lets pressure and gunk out because the first check valve, as I have read, holds the pressure in under boost.
Since my valve covers are now vented full time this has to be the problem. Also I had the crank vented full time before and had no oozing, but, there needs to be good vacuum or probably boost part time (for flutter) on the rings, and the vacuum will also clean out vapors.
I'm thinking this could be the hot ticket keeping the junk mostly out of the intake, easy to take care of and working,
hopefully optimum.
Hoping this is the end of it! I would imagine you guys are sick of hearing about this!
