Cool video, thanks for sharing. That was a nice 0-190mph run.
What caused the speedo to abruptly jump from 55-62mph during the shift from 1st to 2nd? Was that wheel spin?

man that car accelerates quick thru 4th gear but when it gets to 5th is sure does slow down, just like my viper and all other cars do. aerodynamics is a bitch

You are so right--the fastness slows down painfully, while the pavement races by...
Have y'all looked at the amount of tracking crap on that page? It's got ad.doubleclick tracking and a crapload of other craptastic crap.
If you want to just d/l and look at the actual video, here's a link to it. It took me a few moments to figure out from their obfuscated javascript. Right click and "save as" - this is the quicktime version; someone else can find the windows media version if they care:
I wish people wouldn't make web pages like that. I have a zero-tolerance policy for web pages trying to do things behind my back, and tracking my every move while surfing the net, but most people don't seem to care, so the practice persists...
That's me breaking the 200 MPH barrier in my Murcielago.
The Murcie gets to 68 MPH in 1st, goes clean to 160 MPH in 4th, and it screams to 180 MPH. But then to break 200 it takes a few seconds, but it does pull stronger than the Z after 160 MPH.

All I said was I wanted to see them do that test with 1 guy in the car with the AC off.
The Z06 runs right with the Lambo.
And the Murcie only has 75HP more, (505 to 580) not 100+
I can't wait untill my Stingray come in next fall with 600-650HP
The best thing about the Lambo is the all wheel drive.
How do you compare the two in terms of straight line speed? I would think that the Z06 is a little bit quicker, atleast to 150. But I would like to know from someone like yourself that owns both.
