I thought you would like to be informed on how 2009 Corvette production is proceeding.

9,230 Corvettes have been produced so far in the 2009 production year.
The breakdown is as follows:

362 ZR1s

4,959 Coupes

1,696 Convertibles

2,213 Z06s

Additional Details Regarding Production:

362 ZR1s have been produced with a total of 509 in the ordering system.

Of the 1,696 Convertible Corvettes produced, 9.7% have been built with the new for 2009 1LT Package.

The Top Three Ordered ZR1 Colors are as follows:

40% of all ZR1s have been built in the new Cyber Gray color.

20% of all ZR1s have been Black.

17% of all ZR1s have been Jetstream Blue.

Regarding Overall Production:

Cyber Gray has been painted on 20% of all Corvettes, followed by Black at 20% and Victory Red at 14%.

NPP Performance Exhaust has been ordered on 51% of all Coupes and 59% of all Convertibles

those are good details thanks from the field, df....by the way- the Jeff Hardy site is great, really lets you drill down on what's in the float...a great tool for those looking...can you tell me what to look for in the vin when I check out specific cars, to know about when the car was built?

Don, the VIN only identifies model year of a vehicle. Corvettes have a sticker inside the driver's door edge that shows the month and year the car was built.
