I got a call from the dealer who I put a deposit with to finalize my 2007 order since the polished wheels are on constraint, so I went with the painted wheels.
I had originally ordered VY as the color, but have been leaning towards the Atomic Orange since I like it, and it is different. The salesman's take on the subject was which will give me better resale, and I said I don't care. He said then get what you want. I called my wife and she said she didn't like the orange, but get what you want. So I was going to get the the ATOM, and the salesman called me back and said it is on constraint (can't order one with it now) so I went with yellow - the gods have spoken.
I wanted my 2001 to be yellow and accepted black due to a constraint, and now I want ATOM and will accept yellow - the gods are against me.
Every time I see an orange C6, I will wish it were mine.
fwiw..not many are as big a fan of atomic Orange as you seem to be..and even more importantly...best to tell the wife you decided to listento her wishes and got the yellow... and don't tell her the orange was on constraint..
You'll get big miles out of that one...IMO.. (joking of course but its not a bad idea)
If I saw myself in clothes like that, I'd kick my own a$$.
