I saw the new C6

I went to the Los Angeles Auto Show yesterday to view the new C6 and came away impressed. It is not perfect but has some improvements over the C5. The rear end is more graceful because it looks less massive, but one wonders why the HMSL looks like it was tacked on instead of designed in. The side sculpturing is visually interesting and I don't mind the sharp lines of the side vent as much as I thought I might. I do like the exposed headlights as well. I am not sure about the plastic grill, however, and think a screen like the current Z06 would look great. The interior is a definate step up, but not up to European standards at all. At least Corvette now offers Homelink and GPS navaigation. The brushed aluminum looks great.
Has anyone else seen the new C6? What do you think?
