Market going down!!

Look at the EBAY results recently?... nothing going over sticker...and used ones to be had for mid 60's now...
some are not even selling at 70k with almost no miles with all options...and at any given time you can see 20-30 C6Z06's on ebay most of them used and why? we all know... people have bought a car too powerful and a vert is 20k less and atleast 10 on autotrader for sale at any given time .... so being patient pays a great deal... those who payed over sticker should keep it a while... since at paying 75k -80k the car is worth 10k less now and a year has not even gone by yet.... dont get me wrong.. I want one of these cars bad and I will buy one soon... I am excited to see the market coming down to where I want to spend....and for those dealers who hit there customers up with premiums... well now see what you are going to do since all the heavy spenders have come and gone and the cars are being built at high production numbers which in turn will have you taken your 10-20k premiums and selling them at sticker or less just to move the car....

I agree that prices are dropping on ebay, but not to MSRP. For example, there is an item (200009371243) where you are bidding how much above MSRP you will pay for a car to be delivered in 6 weeks, with your specifications. With 21 hours to go, the bid is $4,050 above MSRP.

Most dealers still think they can get above MSRP ( I am not sure how many takers they have now, certainly few informed buyers are biting anymore).

The car I ordered at MSRP in late June has a TPW of 8/7, so if you look beyond eBay you can get MSRP.

Wait till spring of 07, near the end of the run. When the new, Stingray-SS is ready to hit the market.

Prices should be ripe for the picking.

Well all the dealers around here are still asking over 10-15 above sticker, and they are getting them supposedly. I guess I'll just keep on waiting. I just hope that they don't stop making this z next year. I want one.

I look at it this way. I ripped GM off by only paying 7K over for mine. This car with this perfromance is worth so much more. This should be a 95K car at least.

Man, where has he been! Didn't we hear all of this just like last year? Hello, earth to sales man, those prices are GONE!!

Patience has its rewards. Just turned 19m on mine and it is paid for so I am looking at some mods to help pass the time until prices drop.
