Motorsport Tech. Devil Ray 427

I asked the same question on the other board but also wanted to post it here for as much info as possible.
I would like to find out what everyone thinks of this product ? Any thoughts about MTI and product quality/reliability ? Warranty service ? Thanks for the input.....

MTI is local to me so this makes a difference. They are an honest shop with a huge amount of experience in Chevy Performance.

They do good work at a reasonable price - they are not the cheapest around, but are not the most pricey either.

They would be my first choice for such a buildout.

Their Z07 was a killer package (just ask the 3 proud owners of NoMercy and other editions of the 427) - the DevilRay is more of the same.

I was not overlly thrilled with the warranty by MTI. I would have to take the engine out of the car and send it back to them for them to cover any warranty item in their set up. Plus the warranty was 2 years or 24,000 miles. I am now researching the Callaway product as they offer a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty and the return policy seems a little better and they are closer to me being in CT....

Perhaps you answered your own questions...

BTW I find the MTI return policy no big deal living 15 miles from their facility hehe

Good luck with your mods.
