Here are a few pictures of my car with the new license plate. I want to say thanks to Joel (Rez90) because I actually got the idea from him so all the credit goes to you Joel.
Frank,
If you are reading this don't take it personal, it is just a license plate, I am sure you are going to have a smile when you see it.
Nice pics! Is that Davis Monthan? Did you know of the Corvette Cruise tomorrow up to Gila Bend? There are about 45 Vettes registered already.
Link up in Tucson is 10 am at the McDonalds I think on Cortaro and I-10? Then from there, Cracker Barrel in Casa Grande at 11. Then up to Gila Bend for the BBQ.
Last year was a nice turn out. You should join us!
Nice ride.....

Thanks for the compliments Glenn. Yes, that is Davis Monthan AFB, it is there close to the main gate in the big field/museum/park.
I talked to the wife and she would like to go to the Vette cruise, I am a photographer on my spare time ( my hobby) so in the event that I join the cruise it would be beneficial.
I'm actually a fan of the GTR....but even so...That is an AWESOME plate! Great idea!
I was going to buy the GTR first, the Z06 was my second choice. I have had 11 AWD cars in a row and I like the AWD advantages on a car but the prices on the GTR were just insane. The dealers were asking up to $25 G up front and $25000-$40000 mark up.
I quickly realized the Z06 was just as good and there was no huge stupid down payments or mark ups so I got the Z06.
I don't mind having a GTR later on but for now the Z06 is a keeper.

That was my position as well. I loved the GT-R's technology but Z06's looks. When they offered 0% on the Z06 it was no brainer for me. I have no regrets. But will own the GT-R in a couple of years after the Vette is paid off.
