I've got a Braille Battery in the rear of my 06.

I was on one of these forums probably this one, and there was a topic of batteries. The Optima had alot of unacceptable problems. Guys were trashing it. I just Xted it off my list after what I was reading. The Interstate was up there and above noted Braille. Do some searches there were alot of stupid stuff about the Optima. Oh, I have an o8 also the battery is in the back side compartment pass side. You need or want a battery? Stock is under warranty.

I have a friend with an Optima and it has been running strong for him for 4 years. Only issue for me an the Vette was weight savings with the Braille and some size issues.

that's what I'm wondering also. I've got an 06 (knock on wood) no problems with the battery yet and I do have an aftermarket audio system installed as well. But when it does come time for a new battery, I am getting a braille

Sounds like you need a Deltran Battery Tender, no more battery problems.

I'd consider an optima yellow top if I didn't drive my car often on a regular basis. It's a deep cycle that has the power to start the car iirc.

I've got 2 optimas in two of my cars and they are fine, don't believe the hype (which are for red-tops anyway).

Can I ask you how you can have 901 posts but can't find your battery? Are you messin' with us?
