I agree!

One of these days I'm going to retire so I can stay in one place long enough to put a huge garage in my backyard and install a rack like this one. Very jealous.

Congratulations on the retirement. I took the step last October and am enjoying the hell out of it. See you at the fest.

Congrats on the upcoming retirement. Looks like you have a very nice set-up and a great machine to play with. I've "retired" twice and not sure when I'll really lay back and I'll bet you'll still be quite busy, as I am; the only difference is you'll be busy doing what YOU want to be busy at and YOU set the deadlines. I wish you many happy years and thank you for being one of our defenders.

Congrats on your retirement, and thanks for your service to the community.

I'm also jealous of your 4 post, and Katech motor!

Re: new 4-post

Hey, congrats on the retirement! I keep thinking about retiring myself (I'm only 52 but my partner is an a##, and is difficult to work with).
But we suddenly have more kids--three little ones under 2 years old to add to our 12 and 15 year-old kids, so if I spend more time at home, my wife will fill up my schedule with diaper changing...

How tall is your garage ceiling? How high does the lift go? Does it give you much room under the car? What brand is it? Thanks!

Hey...no kids 4 me = all the toys r mine... and noone to save retirement money for. The garage is 15 ft. to the ceiling, however the door is only 10ft 7 inches, the lift raises the car 71 inches and goes all the way up with the Z on it and there is still about 4 inches between car roof and garage door (lowest part). there is room under the car to park another CAR

the lift is a BEND PAK 9000lb..get the rail mounted hydrolic jack.. the lift (less the jack) is around 3000$ installed.the jack is around 1100$. these are well worth the money if you need xtra parking, like to work on your own car..love mine...good luck,if you need more info im standing by,EJ
